My 5 new Plume patterns have arrived. They are all glossy and shiny and beautiful. You should make them. The middle one, Le Petite Salon was my show quilt for Quilt Market. Everyone said they loved it, not like they would tell me if they didn’t but still, a compliment is a compliment and I am in no position to refuse one. Plume, arrives in stores in January. The patterns are already available in my mom’s shop and have been flying out the door. I am sure that the rate they are selling has absolutely nothing to do with me standing next to them frantically waving my arms in their direction. No, that’s just a coincidence.

Well, I’m pretty sure between my sister and I we bought them all the night we were there… of course you weren’t there that night (one of the only days you weren’t there according to your lovely mom!) Can’t wait for Plume to arrive! I’ll be at the store the weekend it arrives.
YEAH!

It was totally a fluke that I wasn’t there. I like to work mostly at nights so I hang out at the Quilt Shioppe pretty much everyday. If I didn’t go to the shoppe I would probably never see another human being, like ever.

I can’t wait for Plume! Okay, well I guess I have to but while I wait I’ll have to stalk your patterns. I love the spiked punch pattern!

The patterns look so beautiful and I too am excited for Plume in January. I just stopped by your mum’s online shop and I must say that it is so cute how she has “TULA PINK STUFF” in all caps in the sidebar - I think she’s proud of you!

Tula really is “ALWAYS” at the Shoppe, unless she is at Pinkerville designing yet another totally amazing fabric line???? Or we beg her to make a Starbucks run which is over a 1 hour adventure. Welcome to the middle of nowhere, but soooooo worth it!

Yay! Jenny, they are gorgeous!!!! Hey, how big is your cartwheel quilt? I want to make it… I confess…… I’ve never followed a pattern to make a quilt before… think I should make yours my first try? Is it a hard one to start on?

Oh dear, sorry you were sick. I keep trying to get swine flu, hoping it will lead to weight loss, but so far no luck. Damn. And I’m your stalker too. I must really suck if I can’t even get some H1N1. I ordered all these lovely patterns but I ain’t got em so mebbe I told Moda to send them with the fabric, which was asinine. I could be whipping one of them up right now and instead I am not. Have a good Thanksgiving anyway.

I haven’t forgotten, it was so gorgeous I can’t get it out of my head!

I just discovered your “Plume” line of fabrics on the Moda web-site and immediately fell in love with it! I’m celebrating the 20-year anniversary of my pattern company Annie’s Keepsakes in 2010, and am coming out with a special anniversary pattern to celebrate, I would love to use some of your Lime “Plume” fabric for one of the photo models on the pattern cover. I do need it soon…guess I’ll call Moda tomorrow and talk to them about it. I’m so thrilled, I’ve been searching for just the right fabric since Market and hadn’t seen anything that struck me until I saw this line. I’m also in NC…I’ll be vending a quilt show in Sanford Jan. 8-9 and in Statesville Jan. 29-30, please stop by if you’re in the area, they should be good shows!
